Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the product in its original Bernstein packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
